All of the classes I’ve taken so far have been exceptional. I’m new to Emotional Intelligence and putting myself as a priority, but Brittney and her teaching has been helpful in starting this journey. I would highly recommend this program to everyone…no matter what your life circumstances are, you can learn something here. You may even learn something that you didn’t even know you needed.
I highly recommend this program to anyone that wants to experience improvement in relationships ... the importance of building trust and respect. A course on this topic, delivered in this way, with coaching sessions to maximize the development of your emotional intelligence, should be at the top of your list if you want to become the best version of yourself.
When the opportunity came up to be able to work with Brittney-Nichole in a small group I jumped at the chance. I am very glad I did! Brittney-Nichole is very passionate about elevating others to achieve high emotional intelligence and she is a great communicator. I would highly recommend her program...

"At the age of 15, I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and later OCD and ADD, which came as no surprise. My family has a long history of anxiety, depression, and mental illness. Unfortunately, I quickly fell victim to the mentality that my mental health, well-being, and success was out of my control. I used my anxiety and ADD as the reason for why I struggled in school and failed to make friends; and, I used my anxiety and OCD as an excuse for my frequent emotional outburst and meltdowns. It was only after discovering and developing emotional intelligence that my life completely changed. I learned how to understand and control my emotions, and I developed compassion for myself, which snowballed into my current success and fulfillment in life and business. It brings me immense joy to have made it my life's work to share this undervalued and critical skill with the world."
