Mindful Hypnosis Practitioner
Rebecca Hayden is a mindful hypnosis practitioner, Ayahuasca integration coach/partner, speaker, teacher and mental health advocate. Drawing from her own personal experiences with a debilitating depression and recovery through shamanism, plant medicines & hypnosis, Rebecca shares insights that inspire an empowering change in perspective towards life experiences as they relate to the mental state. Rebecca began her shamanic inquiry and discovery through the Foundation of Shamanic Studies and then worked with plant medicines & learned from the ‘teacher plants’ themselves and finally studied hypnosis at the University of Toronto. Through her own tireless commitment to integrative work and her extraordinary, ongoing experiences with ‘master teacher plants’, Rebecca sheds light on the human condition and provides unique, supportive tools for personal development and healing.
