P.S. Perkins, a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill’s and NYU’s Schools of Communication, is a noted practitioner in the arenas of Human Communication and the Communication Arts. She currently develops curriculum and is lead facilitator for the Human Communication Institute, hci-global.com. Additionally, she instructs for the Communication Departments of the University of the District of Columbia and Prince Georges Community College.

P.S. is a published author of creative fiction, poetry, prose as well as scholarly works discussing the scope of Human Communication as a Behavioral Science. She has dedicated her professional career to Behavioral Communication Health, Emotional Quotient and Transference, Interpersonal Communication, Intercultural Relations and the Communication Arts.
