I explore intellect, emotion, and health of the body through dialog, hypnosis, and brain training. Education plays a big role because most issues start with a lack of balance and awareness.

Our boundaries are experience-based giving us a map of where we've been, amplifying the unresolved problems, creating triggers and hypervigilance. We store these in our minds, emotions, and bodies. Resolution involves reexploration.

A key tool is meaning and purpose. Mind, emotion, and body create different kinds of meaningfulness. Many problems do not have solutions. They represent energies to reject which requires a new energy to replace it. Change is a learning process and learning happens at all levels.

My objective is to confuse you out of the boxes you have built. To see other worlds. As the joke goes, "You cannot get there from here." This describes all fundamental change.
