Crystal Morris is the Founder and CEO of One Caring Adult Inc in Florida. As a Culture and Climate Architect, she educates school districts, police departments, and private organizations on strategies to transform trauma to resilience by fostering meaningful relationships and culturally responsive spaces. The vision of OCA is to see a dismantled school-to-prison pipeline.
Through the lens of a student and lifelong learner, Crystal uses her training as a mental health counselor, educator, and emotional intelligence coach to empower individuals and organizations to move from stuck to action to adopt a paradigm shift.
