During his career, Duane has consistently served others in a variety of roles: speaker, author,

entrepreneur, inventor, high school teacher, adjunct English professor, state championship coach, and

school counselor. Throughout, he has both created and implemented impactful research-based strategies

involving positive psychology, performance psychology, team development, leadership, and emotional

intelligence. His main objective has always been to help individuals and organizations maximize their

potential. Duane holds a bachelor’s degree in English Education and a Master’s degree in Education and

School Counseling.
