About

How do you tap into your emotions in a way that leads to managing them? How do you truly listen to someone, and get them to not only trust you but work with you to reach common goals? As a television reporter for 20 years, these were the questions Christina asked herself daily.

Without realizing it, she was employing and examining the foundations of her future career as a professional development trainer and speaker.

Now in her 8th year as a facilitator, Christina is certified in Emotional Intelligence, DiSC Behavioral Styles, and a popular trainer/speaker on Presentations Skills drawing from her on-air years. She is also a frequently requested trainer on Change Management, Business Communications & Etiquette, and Virtual Engagement.

Christina is a contributing author for two books: Best In Class: Etiquette and People Skills for Your Career, and Making The Grade: Presentation Success from Classroom to Conference Room.

Christina holds her Bachelors in Communications, as well as certificates from Duke University in Effective Business Writing, and from The University of Pennsylvania in Understanding Implicit Bias on Teams.
