About

Bara Sapir, is an internationally recognized expert in high-performance coaching, personal empowerment, and transformative test preparation. She is an inspirational, highly skilled, and passionate expert and teacher with over 20 years of experience teaching test-prep, including six years as an instructor for The Princeton Review.


A pioneer in bringing holistic and mindful techniques to the test preparation field, Sapir is the author of The Full Potential Manual, co-author of The Full Potential GMAT Sentence Correction Intensive, both published by Nova Press. She created the Full Potential™ audio series, which optimizes test-taking results and professional success by reducing anxiety and enhancing concentration, confidence, and ease for students taking high-stakes standardized admissions tests. She is also the creator of MindFlow, a newly launched mindful speed reading platform that improves students' scores an average of 13% on reading portions of tests and increases their reading speed up to 5x.


Sapir holds masters degrees in education from the Jewish Theological Seminary and in art history from the University of Michigan. She also has certifications in hypnosis, Integrative Life Coaching, Reiki, Neuro Linguistic programming (NLP), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - MBSR-T, and Interchange Counseling. She is an ordained kohennet, a published author, professional artist, and has taught fine arts, creativity, at retreats, and schools including on faculty at Montclair State University's Fine Arts department. She lectures and conducts workshops for students, parents, educators, business people, and creative professionals seeking high-performance results at school, work, and in life. She is an advocate in dog rescue and lives with her pup, Chata, and various foster dogs, in the San Francisco Bay
