Anusree Gupta is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDR certified therapist. She is originally from India. She moved to the US about 20 years back and Austin has been her home ever since. Anusree has a private practice called Hope Heals Therapy in Austin, TX. She works with adults from all over Texas through online counseling. She is a trauma therapist and specializes in working with women who have spent their lives caring for others and neglected their own needs. She works with women with people pleasing tendencies, shame, self-doubt and relationship trauma resulting from a history of childhood trauma. She is passionate about working on the root cause of their distress and guiding women in their healing journey so that they can live life aligned to who they are, as opposed to who they think they should be.
